- Check In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check Out Time: 10:00 AM
- Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
- Guests aged 12 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
- Pets are allowed.
The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as mini bar snacks, pay-per-view movies, or events, telephone charges) .

Thank you for choosing Tropical Palms for your upcoming stay in the Orlando area. While you are with us we hope that you and
your party will take advantage of all the facilities we have to offer.
Cottages have a stocked kitchen, TV, linens, and towels. We do not provide daily housekeeping. Interim cleans are available for a $25 fee.
Fresh towel exchange is also available for a $5 fee.
ALL COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING. A full day fee will be applied to all late Check outs.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
In order to accommodate all our guests please be aware of our cancellation policies.
If we receive notification of cancellation prior to 24hrs. of arrival
will refund all monies paid, less $10.00 per night for the length of
your stay with a maximum amount of $70.00 Failure to contact or show
will result in no refund. We do not provide refunds for early
departures.
