When planning your day, keep in mind the Orlando sunshine; a 3 to 5 hour stay at most parks is about the right amount of time. Also, keep your packing simple; most parks prefer that you use their snorkels, flippers etc. Coolers are allowed, but no alcohol or glass containers. Forget to pack something?
